Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking an organized Centralized – Operations Specialist to join the Centralized Services Team in Orlando.

The role interfaces with onsite teams and corporate support to deliver superior resident services and maintain compliance with policies. You will handle delinquency workflows, accounts payable, dashboards, and data entry while supporting weekly performance reviews and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in off-campus student housing leasing or conventional housing leasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency handoff follow ups from Landmark’s AI assistant.
• Process open Accounts Payable and manage past delinquency communications.
• Audit LEAP invoices and verify posting & payment statuses.
• Complete monthly write off packets and process write offs in the management system.
• Maintain resident dashboard for contact, progression, reviews, and financial notices.
• Conduct weekly outreach regarding delinquency, including audit of insurance enrollment and utilities pre-bill.
• Ensure property has planned events and assist with planning & supply ordering.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and confidentiality of information.
