Responsibilities

• Schedules internal and contracted work for COM.
• Uses Yardi and Command Scheduler to plan, schedule, and track COM activities.
• Creates purchase orders per HMC policy.
• Reviews daily reports for data accuracy and updates timelines.
• Ensures parts and materials availability to meet schedules.
• Provides coverage for COM Supervisor duties when needed.
