Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule internal and contracted work for the COM.
• Use Yardi and Command Scheduler to plan and track COM activities.
• Create purchase orders per policy.
• Review reports and ensure data accuracy with policy.
• Coordinate with management for move in/out of residents.
• Ensure availability of parts and materials to meet timelines.
• Perform COM Supervisor duties in absence.
• Drive for the company using company or personal vehicle more than 50% of the time.
• Maintain safety practices and use daily tech platforms.
