Job summary

Hunt Military Communities in Havelock, NC seeks a Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) Coordinator to manage data entry, planning, and scheduling for move-outs and move-ins. You will coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth transitions and timely occupancy.

You will work with Yardi and Command Scheduler, ensure accuracy of reports, and drive adherence to policies while maintaining strong communication with contractors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi and related scheduling tools required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules internal and contracted work for the COM process.
• Uses Yardi and Command Scheduler to track status, labor, and materials.
• Creates purchase orders according to policy.
• Maintains accurate data entry and communicates timelines.
• Inspects quality of work and ensures timely move-ins/outs.
