Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks a Change of Occupancy Maintenance Coordinator to manage the COM process, input data into the system of record, and coordinate with the property management team for move in/ move out activities.

The role requires organizing schedules, tracking time and materials in Yardi, and ensuring timely completion with contractors or HMC staff. A high school diploma is required with preferred higher education and 1–3 years in property management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of Property Management experience; proficiency with Yardi required.

Responsibilities

• Schedules internal and contracted work for COM.
• Uses Yardi and Command Scheduler to track status, time, labor, and materials.
• Creates purchase orders per policy and reviews daily reports for accuracy.
• Communicates timeline updates to internal and external leaders.
• Ensures parts and materials availability to meet timelines.
• Performs COM Supervisor duties in their absence and other duties as assigned.
