Responsibilities

• Overnight lodging residents; accept and process fees from residents.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and take corrective actions.
• Answer telephone and respond to questions about program operations; monitor cameras and log unique shift events.
• Distribute towels, linens, and personal hygiene items to residents.
• Maintain accurate and complete records and logs.
