Commonwealth Senior Living at South Boston is seeking a Registered Medication Associate (RMA) to assist residents with medications in a caring, compliant manner. The role requires attention to safety and patient well-being within a Richmond, VA setting.

You will administer medications, document administration, monitor for adverse reactions, restock inventory, and coordinate with the Resident Care Director to ensure high-quality resident care and safety.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Resident Care Associate.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of safe medication administration and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record medication administration as prescribed.
• Safely handle medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Observe residents for adverse reactions and report to supervision.
• Maintain medication inventory and restock as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards.
• Communicate with residents and care team to support safety.
