Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and implement community events and programs that enhance resident participation and HOA relations. You will partner with committees, manage budgets, coordinate caterers, track calendars, and support marketing efforts while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Marketing and event planning experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to supervise volunteers and coordinate with committees.

Responsibilities

• Work with committees and volunteers to plan, market and execute lifestyle events.
• Maintain a Community Book of Events with planning sheets, budgets and notes.
• Coordinate lifestyle initiatives and monthly best-practice calls.
• Create catering processes, contracts, budgets, staffing and quality service initiatives.
• Manage event setup/teardown and ensure safety and smooth workflow.
• Develop and maintain a master calendar of community activities and programs.
