Penn State University Mont Alto campus is seeking a dynamic Coordinator to co-supervise up to six Resident Assistants and oversee daily operations for housing up to 210 students. The role requires live-in status and includes weekend, night, and evening hours through May 2027, with transition to another campus thereafter.

The Coordinator will partner with the Director of Student Affairs to support student development, supervise staff, plan programs, and promote safety across campus housing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Student Personnel/Counseling or related area preferred.
• Understanding of residence hall living and student development.

Responsibilities

• Co-supervise Resident Assistants and conduct supervision meetings.
• Collaborate on performance evaluations of Resident Assistants.
• Provide support and training for student leaders.
