Job summary

Penn State University Park is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Residence Life Coordinator to supervise and administer a residence hall community and promote a diversified program through a curricular approach. You will assist RAs with programming, handle daily operations, foster community development, and collaborate with campus partners.

Live-on or live-off housing is possible; on-campus apartment provided during on-call duties, with a 20-hour per week schedule that may extend to 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in counseling or mediation is a plus.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with programming development, tracking and implementation.
• Support daily operations and community development.
• Maintain relationships with campus partners; supervise staff.
• Provide on-call coverage on a rotating basis.
