Qualifications

• Experience in supervision and organizational leadership within Residence Life, Housing, or Student Affairs.
• Ability to manage multi-campus initiatives and complex student needs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse student and staff populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management within residential communities, including student conduct and follow-up interventions.
• Oversee the residential climate reporting system and ensure compliance and reporting.
• Foster faculty and staff engagement to enhance student learning and community development.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to crises across campuses.
• Supervise and lead professional staff, plan training and development, and manage meetings.
• Coordinate campus partnerships and lead operational initiatives, including emergency response planning.
