Penn State University Behrend campus is seeking a dynamic Live-On Coordinator to supervise up to 16 Resident Assistants and manage residential operations for up to 500 students. The role supports a safe, inclusive living-learning community aligned with the university mission.

The successful candidate will lead staff development, coordinate residence education activities, advise student groups, and partner with campus services.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree may be preferred depending on level.
• No prior relevant work experience is required for the Professional level; some positions may require related experience for Intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Resident Assistants
• Conducts regular supervision meetings with staff
• Evaluates Resident Assistant performance
• Provides support and training for Resident Assistants
• Assists with developing and evaluating residence education programs
• Advises student groups and promotes engagement in residence life
• Assists with daily operations and budget processes
• Maintains safety and security in residential environments
• Collaborates with campus partners to support student success
