Qualifications

• Completed background checks as required by the department.
• Experience living in a residence hall for more than two semesters.
• Full‑time enrollment at UW‑Stevens Point (12‑credit minimum).
• Minimum 2.5 GPA at employment start.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hall staff to create materials, strategies, and social programs as directed by the Residence Hall Director.
• Attend hall activities and events as specified by the RHD.
• Create community development materials (bulletins, visuals) in common spaces.
• Facilitate conversations with residents about housing policies.
• Model a wellness lifestyle and teach students through creative efforts.
• Maintain open communication with the RHD about plans and concerns.
• Complete administrative tasks for hall staff programs (SPIN logistics, marketing).
• Conduct monthly health and safety checks of residence hall rooms and report issues.
