Cogir Senior Living in Matthews, NC, seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing, coordinating daily life enrichment activities that promote residents' physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

Engage residents one-on-one and in groups, lead activities including social events, games, exercise classes, art and music, and coordinate the monthly newsletter; ensure safety during outings.

Competenze

• 6–12 months of relevant experience with seniors preferred.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans.

Mansioni

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead social, religious, educational, indoor and outdoor activities, exercise, and outings.
• Facilitate games, conversations, art, music, trips, and special events.
• Support the coordination of the monthly newsletter.
• Encourage resident participation and document outcomes when required.
• Review goals and progress notes.
• Assist in decorating for events, holidays, and seasonal celebrations.
• Support coordination of external trips and ensure resident safety during outings.
• Assist the Resident Lifestyle Director as necessary.
