Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in designing, coordinating daily life enrichment activities for our active residents, aimed to promote their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

You will engage residents individually and in groups, lead activities, assist with outings and events, and help coordinate the monthly newsletter, ensuring safety and enjoyment while maintaining a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of experience with seniors in activity roles.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with group and individual activities (social, educational, exercise, outings).
• Facilitate games, conversations, art, music, trips, and events.
• Support coordination of the monthly newsletter.
