Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a personable Guest Relations Coordinator to welcome residents and their guests and ensure a comfortable, informed stay.

You will escort new residents, coordinate dining and events, host tours, and support discharge processes while collaborating with all departments. A strong focus on hospitality and clear communication helps create an exceptional care experience for families.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to rooms at admission and assist with unpacking and room setup.
• Offer water, snacks, meals (with nurse approval), blankets, pillows, and other comfort items.
• Explain facility amenities including phone/TV use, dining options, activities, and salon services.
• Give tours to families and guests, showcasing amenities and resident-centered services.
• Assist with guest meal arrangements, private dining room setup, and family events.
• Help residents attend activities or engage in in-room leisure.
• Check on residents during rounds to ensure comfort and promptly meet needs.
• Greet visitors, remember names, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Work with all departments to coordinate guest and resident services.
• Assist with discharges: pack belongings, carry items, and provide support.
• Call discharged residents to ensure safe arrival and satisfaction with care experience.

We’re Seeking a Personable and Detail-oriented Guest Relations Coordinator to Join Our Growing Team! This Role Is Essential in Ensuring That Residents and Their Guests Feel Comfortable, Informed, and Supported Throughout Their Stay. Success in This Role Requires Exceptional Communication Skills, a Friendly Demeanor, and the Ability to Anticipate and Meet the Needs of Residents and Their Families.

Your Impact As a Guest Relations Coordinator

In This Role, You Will

• Welcome New Residents: Escort Residents to Their Rooms at Admission and Assist with Unpacking and Room Setup
• Provide Comfort: Offer Water, Snacks, Meals (with Nurse Approval), Blankets, Pillows, and Other Comfort Items
• Orient Guests: Explain Facility Amenities Including Phone/Tv Use, Dining Options, Activities, and Salon Services

• Make Daily Rounds: Check on Residents to Ensure Comfort and Promptly Meet Any Needs
• Engage Visitors: Greet Visitors Warmly, Remember Names, and Ensure an Exceptional Guest Experience
• Collaborate with Staff: Work with All Departments to Coordinate Guest and Resident Services
• Assist with Discharges: Help Pack Belongings, Carry Items, and Provide Support During Discharge
• Follow up: Call Discharged Residents to Ensure Safe Arrival and Satisfaction with Their Care Experience
