Job summary

On Top Of The World Communities is seeking a Parkway Maintenance Resident Liaison in Ocala, FL to lead maintenance crews and coordinate with residents and subcontractors. The role ensures daily productivity aligns with production standards and safety guidelines, while maintaining strong resident relations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3+ years of supervisory and landscaping experience, and GI-BMP certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing multiple work crews required
• 3+ years of landscaping experience required
• GI-BMP Certification required or ability to obtain within first 90 days
• Certified Arborist and current Pesticide License preferred
• Current FNGLA Certified Landscape Maintenance Technician certification or ability to obtain within first 90 days required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of Community Maintenance Operations on progress of sub-contractors daily and weekly
• Assist in modification review and on-call support for Parkway Maintenance
• Schedule preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of equipment within budget
• Ensure work is completed timely and cost-effectively
• Maintain safety practices, inventory, and professionalism in communications with residents
