Job summary

On Top Of The World Communities is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Ocala, FL to oversee routine and preventive maintenance for our restaurant, food service, beverage, and hospitality locations. You will troubleshoot issues, perform minor repairs, and ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in general or facilities maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical systems.
• Experience safely using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong safety, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct care of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and cooking gear.
• Upkeep of draft beer systems, soda fountains, and ice machines.
• Ensure health standards and sanitation systems meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform time-sensitive repairs during service hours to minimize guest disruption.
• Inspect and service commercial kitchen equipment and exhaust hoods.
• Provide preventive maintenance on HVAC and water filtration systems.
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventories of parts and tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
