Align Communities in Winter Park, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family property in Ocala. The role covers interior and exterior maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, grounds keeping, and responding to resident requests, while following safety/OSHA rules.

Qualifications: 18+; high school diploma; 1–3 years maintenance experience; HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required; strong organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications may be required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager and liaise with residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or on request.
• Maintain community equipment and respond to repair requests.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for services like landscaping or painting.
