Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Keep the property litter free and assist with unit trash outs.
• Deliver notices and report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Understand, communicate, and enforce safety and evacuation procedures.
• Document and report behaviors violating lease agreements.
• Inspect the property and report problems to maintenance and Community Manager.
