Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months groundskeeping experience in apartments or manufactured housing preferred.
• General grounds maintenance knowledge required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and community grounds to Sun standards.
• Mow lawns, weed, plant flowers, and perform debris removal.
• Inspect irrigation systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Support pool maintenance by testing chemicals if applicable.
• Report maintenance issues to the manager.
