Everstory Partners is seeking a dependable Laborer in Ocala, FL to perform landscaping, general maintenance, and upkeep of our property. The role emphasizes careful operation of equipment, safety, and a strong commitment to customer service and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, can lift heavy items, and can work flexible hours including some holidays and weekends. A high school equivalency is required and a positive, empathetic approach is valued.

Qualifications

• High School equivalency required.
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor/management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performing all landscape maintenance duties such as lawn mowing, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
• Operating machinery appropriately in a safe manner.
• Handling the day-to-day general maintenance duties.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
