Job summary

Sunrise Landscape in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Crew Member in Landscape to join our maintenance team. You will perform lawn care, horticultural maintenance, and general groundskeeping with a focus on safety and quality.

You will work as part of a field crew to maintain commercial properties to reflect our professional standards. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris removal, while operating equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions, including Florida heat.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and debris removal.
• Maintain turf, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds for a clean, professional appearance.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Load/unload tools and materials at job sites and branch yard.
• Work with Crew Leader/Foreman to complete routes safely and efficiently.
