Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Bozeman apartment community. This role focuses on timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and exceptional resident service to protect and enhance property value.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to monitor inventory, schedule maintenance, uphold safety standards, and support curb appeal and cleaning across all common areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and promptly.
• Assist with inventory monitoring of equipment, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards with residents and colleagues.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
• Support maintenance supervisor to adhere to budget and PM programs.
• Assist with hazard communications program and safety compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections to minimize liabilities and maintain property standards.
• Coordinate with team for move-ins/move-outs and turnover events.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain chemical logs for pools.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
