Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability on our award-winning campus in Catonsville, MD. You will support residents in all aspects of daily living, delivering person-centered care as part of a collaborative care team.

Required Medicare/state licensing and inpatient/outpatient experience are preferred; compensation is $55.00 per hour, with benefits and career development opportunities on site.

Qualifications

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
