Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, Maryland is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability. You will support residents in all aspects of daily living, delivering person-centered care and working with an interdisciplinary team to meet needs throughout the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Therapeutic experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Need to meet current Medicare and state requirements for degree and training.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation for reimbursement/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy, addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths and preferences to provide comfort and companionship.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
