Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, MD, is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team on our award-winning campus. You will provide person-centered care to help residents maintain independence and quality of life.

You will work with the interdisciplinary team, implementing personalized care plans and supporting residents in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy to residents.
• Follow residents' care plans focusing on strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address care needs.
