Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, Maryland, is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team and support residents on our award-winning campus.

You will provide person-centered care, implement personal care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs. Inpatient and outpatient experience are preferred, and a valid PT license is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Degree and training must meet Medicare and state requirements.
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
