Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our on-site team in Maryland. You will support residents in all aspects of daily living with personalized care.

Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred, and you must hold a valid state PT license. Compensation is $55 per hour, with the opportunity to follow residents through their continuum of care within our campus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training meet Medicare/state requirements.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy focused on daily living.
• Implement personal care plans considering resident's preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address care needs.
