Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, MD, is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. All residents live on our campus, enabling you to follow their journey through the continuum of care.

You'll support residents in daily living with person-centered care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet clinical and functional needs while benefiting from onsite medical centers, education assistance, and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Must possess a valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and Outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience and ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
