Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, MD is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. All residents live on campus, enabling you to accompany them through their continuum of care and contribute to person-centered daily living.

You will support residents in daily living, implement care plans for older adults, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Qualifications

• Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience documenting to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience with older adults across diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines while ensuring comfort, companionship and belonging.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
