Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, Maryland is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. Our therapists support residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Requires a valid state Physical Therapy license and inpatient/outpatient experience. Compensation is $55.00 per hour, with onsite physicians, education assistance, 401k, PTO, and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Inpatient and outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience completing documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, person-centered physical therapy to residents.
• Implement residents' care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs throughout their care.
