The ideal candidate will perform painter, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry tasks and follow safety guidelines, while maintaining professional standards and timely communication with residents and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608, Type II or CPO certificate or local equivalent preferred.
• Related maintenance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with repairs and housekeeping to ensure quality move-in experience.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of basic maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry).
• Keep grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities clean and safe.
• Report maintenance concerns to the supervisor and follow scheduled tasks.
