Job summary

Landon Park, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily communities in Aurora, CO. The role focuses on quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and prompt service delivery to ensure a high standard of living for residents.

Ideal candidates bring maintenance know-how across plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance. The position requires on-site work with some after-hours on-call duties and a strong customer-service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments, including painting, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains common areas, grounds, pools, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs scheduled tasks.
