Job summary

Landon Park in Aurora, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support resident move-ins and ongoing property maintenance. The role focuses on delivering quality service, timely responses to resident requests, and maintaining facilities including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.

On-call duties may be required to handle after-hours emergencies. Requirements include a high school diploma or trade training, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license required.
• EPA 608 - Type II certification required.
• CPO or local city required certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, repairs, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and property amenities in clean, safe condition.
