Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO certification required or city equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and grounds in safe condition.
• Schedule and record preventive maintenance.
• Follow housing laws, codes, and safety policies.
