Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our multifamily portfolio in Tigard, OR. You will oversee maintenance tasks to ensure quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong safety compliance, and proactive communication with residents and property teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage on-call

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in property maintenance.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO certifications required where applicable.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities per budget and safety standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and on-call emergency responses as needed.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with housing laws and codes.
