Job summary

YES Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Douglasville community. You will keep grounds safe, organized, and stocked, handle service requests and inspections, and support home deliveries. You’ll work closely with residents and management to maintain assets and ensure safety.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to use tools and tablets for maintenance records. Prior refurbishment experience and a valid GA driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready is a plus.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing experience a plus.
• OSHA training or certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds and assets, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and report findings to management.
• Support new home delivery and setup, report warranty work.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in compliance with safety rules.
