You will manage work orders, coordinate make-ready inspections, oversee vendors, maintain inventory, and ensure adherence to safety and budget policies while leading a team and providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• CPO certification within 90 days of hire.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance work to meet standards.
• Process work orders and routine resident upkeep, diagnosing issues and repairing as needed.
• Manage the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate inspections.
• Inspect vendors/contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and assist with budgeted costs and procure materials.
