Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for Heritage Greene and Washington School in Washington Court House, OH.

You will perform general and emergency maintenance across two properties, respond to resident requests, and help prepare apartments for new residents. You will work with the property management team to keep the communities safe, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring high resident satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to read and speak English and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Complete turnover of apartments including cleaning and repairs.
• Identify actual and potential maintenance problems and address hazards.
• Utilize company databases and software for work orders.
• Participate in OSHA10 training and safety compliance.
