Job summary

Woda Cooper in Magnolia Greene, LaVale, MD is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings and grounds, respond to resident requests, and support a safe, clean community. You will perform preventative and emergency maintenance, assist with turnover tasks, and coordinate with the property management team to uphold high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance in apartments and common areas.
• Snow removal during snow events, after hours and on weekends.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and curb appeal.
• Turnover of apartments including cleaning, painting, carpet care, and repairs.
• Utilize company databases and software for maintenance records.
• Be available for emergencies after hours and on weekends.
• Assist with third-party inspections as needed and participate in OSHA10 Training.
