Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Nashville to inform, tour the community, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent resident service.

You will participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour amenities and vacant units, and process resident communications in a timely and fair manner, upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects.
• Process resident communications including service requests and updates in the system.
