Job summary

Richmark Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and exceptional customer service at our property. The role is 100% customer-facing, focusing on generating traffic, leasing units, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to manage leads using property management software, with a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in social media and technology.
• Proficiency in converting phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases (Sales).
• Ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and other unscheduled times as required.
• Drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes property management software to manage incoming leads, responds quickly, and follows up on schedule.
• Is knowledgeable regarding availability of units, pricing, and property information relevant to new prospects.
• Strives to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
• Is familiar with Fair Housing Regulations and performs all tasks accordingly.
• Maintains knowledge of local community, schools, businesses, and events.
• Hosts resident appreciation events and fosters community atmosphere.
• Performs opening tasks for show units and community amenities.
• Serves as first point of contact for residents and resolves issues.
• Returns missed calls quickly and follows up with leads.
• Escalates customer service issues to site management when needed.
• Communicates with site management and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Embraces company culture and provides a welcoming environment.
• Greets each person entering the office.
• Maintains a friendly, professional presence and dress code.
• Helps learn the assistant community manager role and may fill in when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
