The position supports showing units, following up on leads, and maintaining strong knowledge of pricing and availability. Evening/weekend availability may be required to meet occupancy goals and guest needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 6 months experience in apartment, leasing, or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads using property management software.
• Respond quickly and follow up on schedule.
• Show available units and provide tours to prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and property information.
• Strive to meet occupancy goals and provide exceptional resident services.
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming on-site experience.
