Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc. is seeking a motivated leasing agent with a strong background in marketing and customer service to attract and retain residents through dynamic outreach and excellent service.

Responsibilities include advertising units, responding to inquiries, showing properties, screening applications, and maintaining positive resident relations. Weekend work is required, with bonuses tied to leasing and renewal performance. EOE and E-Verify participation are noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing or property management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and market available apartment units to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and community features.
• Show available units to prospective renters and explain leasing terms and community policies.
• Conduct application screenings, including background and credit checks, to ensure qualified applicants.
• Maintain positive communication and relationships with current residents.
• Support property goals through effective leasing techniques and resident retention strategies.
• Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations.
• Weekends required.
