Job summary

Richmark Properties Inc. seeks a motivated Leasing Agent with a strong background in marketing and customer service to attract and retain residents through energetic outreach and exceptional service.

You will advertise and show units, respond to inquiries, conduct screenings, and maintain positive relationships with residents while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the apartment industry.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, leasing, and marketing abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing compliance is required.
• Must be open to work weekends.
