Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and other weather events.
• Clean available apartments, models and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life safety issues promptly.
• Interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents.
