Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, tour path, and parking areas with a focus on curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You will perform daily cleaning, unit preparation, exterior cleaning, and respond to weather-related issues while upholding safety and confidentiality. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and perimeter.
• Prepare market ready units and pressure wash exteriors as needed.
• Address maintenance and weather-related issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal while interacting with residents.
• Report safety issues immediately and support snow removal if required.
