Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance where applicable.
• Ability to complete and pass required training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exteriors, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Assist with snow removal and inclement weather emergencies.
• Clean available apartments and model homes.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal while interacting with residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
