Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the property
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and exterior areas clean
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Maintain pool and recreational areas
• Prepare common areas for residents and prospective residents
• Assist maintenance team with projects and apartment turns
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well‑maintained
• Perform physically active outdoor work in varying weather conditions
